The end

Well we're home. Thanks Hennons, it was a fun trip...

Well we made it to Big Bend. We camped at Chisos Basin. Why?- Its summer and its at 5400 feet as opposed to 2000. that's probably 10-15 degrees....

Attached are some pictures of the hike we took at Santa Elena Canyon on the Rio Grande, the customary pictures of Zev and a windmill that was at Sam Nail ranch.

Zev and I actually spent some time in the river and had a blast.

Our next stop was the cover reason for my wanting to travel US-90, the real reason was i was sick of driving back and forth on Ih-10. We went to Langtry, Texas where Judge Roy Bean used to hold court. If you guys haven't heard of him, look him up he was a real character. Here are some pictures. BTW in case you're wondering, there is nothing, repeat nothing else close to, or in Langtry, TX....

The Road to Nowhere

Ok, it actually wasn't it just felt like it! I managed to convince Monica, and Zev doesn't have a vote, that it would be fun to go from SA to Big Bend by way of US 90. If you don't know where it is, look for it...

We first stopped in Del Rio at Amistad Reservoir. We let Zev wade into the water and took a break. Fixed the plastic on the car too.

In SA!

We went to Sea World on Tuesday June 17th. We all had a blast. Zev managed to stay up all day. We got to the park around 12pm and stayed till closing, not many pictures, but thanks to Kris-- Scott, Monica and I got to go on all of the large rides. We really appreciated it.

After that Brock went to his CLE, Monica and the Hennon's went to the tower thing, downtown SA, the Alamo and several other fun places while Brock was slaving away at a CLE. (There were free drinks the first night!)

On Thursday we went and saw the kids swim and you better believe it was hot, note to self, find an indoor swim team for Zev!
